Important notice from Mammoth Industries regarding policy on COVID-19
To our valued clients and associates,
As a valued client or business associate of Mammoth Industries & Tomma, we want to provide you with an update on our service delivery and proactive strategies through this period of uncertainty resulting from the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic. The health of our clients, our team members and the community is paramount and we are taking measures to ensure we are all protected as much as possible and like most, await updated advice and confirmation both from the government and experts on what to do next.
We have put in a place a plan to abide by the Health Departments’ social distancing recommendations and advise face to face meetings and customer visits have been placed on hold for the time being.
Where possible, meetings can be conducted via Skype, Facetime, Zoom or the like. Whilst this is not ideal, these are extremely unusual circumstances where we need to work with our industry partners and government leaders to identify how best to continue our operations.
In the unlikely event that the government mandate a “National Lockdown” that required all staff to be restricted to home isolation, we have a plan to work remotely that will not impact the level of customer service, technical support and product development albeit that this unlikely event would interrupt the delivery of goods, this is an extremely unlikely event and to date there is no advice that this is even being considered.

Just like you, we’re focused on supporting clients and we think that if required, we’ll be in the best possible position to continue to do this. We ask that you keep in mind that we too have families, elderly parents, young children, mortgages and bills to pay and are also feeling the same uncertainty as yourselves and are trying to continue to service all of our clients as best we can.
We thank you for your ongoing understanding and patience and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have and questions, or if I can assist you any way.
